Turf Partner Terms

These terms apply to venue owners and managers (“partners”) whose turfs are listed on UrbanX, on top of the Terms of Service. If you’ve signed a separate partner agreement with [Company legal name], that agreement wins where the two differ.

1. Your listing

• Keep your venue’s details accurate: address and map pin, pitches, sports, hourly prices, currency, opening hours and facilities.
• UrbanX staff check each venue before it goes live, and may pause a listing whose details turn out to be wrong.

2. Bookings

• Players book one-hour slots when they create a meetup at your venue, and pay when they book. A booked slot is theirs: don’t sell it again elsewhere.
• Your dashboard shows upcoming bookings with their references (UX-…). Players show the reference at your front desk.
• Your venue’s own rules apply to players on site, provided they don’t contradict what was booked.

3. Commission and payouts

• UrbanX keeps a commission of 10% of the turf price of each paid booking, unless we’ve agreed a different rate with you; the rate in force when a booking is made applies to it.
• Your share (turf price minus commission) is paid out after the booked day, in batches, to the bank account you verified with our payment provider. Your dashboard shows every booking, the commission, what’s been paid out and what’s still to come.

4. When you cancel

• If you cancel a booking, close, or can’t provide the pitch (including for weather), the player gets a full refund and you aren’t paid for that booking.
• Tell the organizer and us as early as you can. Repeated cancellations may lead to your listing being paused.
• Player cancellations follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Your venue, its staff, equipment, safety, insurance and licences are your responsibility.
• You’re responsible for taxes on your share, such as GST and income tax; UrbanX is responsible for taxes on its commission.
• Use players’ details only to run their booking, and handle them as the Privacy Policy describes.

6. Leaving UrbanX

Either side can end the listing with 30 days’ notice. Bookings already made before the end date must still be honoured, and their payouts are still made.
